Ryan was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, and is a proud graduate of the University of Kentucky. A licensed Realtor® since 2013 and a second-generation real estate professional, he is the owner of The Gillen Group, where he leads a team of more than 20 agents. Ryan is also a Top Producing Agent at Keller Williams Community Partners and has been recognized as one of the National Association of Realtors’ “Top 30 Under 30” and the Dayton Area Board of Realtors’ “Top Realtor Under 40.” Since 2015, he has sold over 100 homes each year and has helped more than 50 investors purchase rental properties. With a bachelor’s degree in Business Communications, he brings strong negotiation skills, strategic marketing expertise, and extensive experience in investment, renovation, and new-construction properties. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys golfing, spending time on the water, and being with his wife, Brooke, and their daughter, Georgia.
