Kyle is a second-generation Realtor born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, with a deep understanding of the local real estate market. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Kentucky’s Gatton College of Business and Economics. Kyle is a multi-year recipient of the OAR and DABR Sales Leader awards and has also been recognized as a DABR Top 5 Realtor Under 40. He brings experience in rental investment properties, renovations, and new construction, allowing him to guide clients through a wide range of real estate goals. Known for his commitment to service and results, Kyle takes pride in helping both buyers and sellers navigate every step of the process with confidence. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, being outdoors, and traveling. Kyle resides in Dayton with his wife, Amy, and their daughter, Olivia.
